To date the SAVATEEV DESIGN studio basically works with the private customers - the owners of elite apartments, country houses and cottages. The permanent team of SAVATEEV DESIGN consist of 16 employees who are the best experts in the profile.

OUR APPROACH

We do not pursue the bigger number of projects – the individual approach with full immersion in the process only. Our mission is to make the work of creating an interior as efficient, convenient and comfortable for the customer as possible. 

Over the years the process of creating individual spaces has been ordered up to a clear scheme of successive actions with no place for a chance. Every realized project is a unique, authoritative decision of the individual space.

  • CREATING AN ALBUM

    After discussing the project, clarifying the necessary details for the customer, we proceed to work. The first stage of the work is the creation of a design project in the form of Album. It includes very high level visualizations, sets of diagrams and drawings. Our approach is a complex work, from the first idea to the implementation of the final decorative strokes.

  • BUDGET AND PLANNING

    
Planning of the budget and the timing of the project, with a full selection of all materials necessary for the most accurate implementation of the interior. We provide the versions of estimates and suppliers.

  • CONSTRUCTION WORK

    
Construction and repair work. Authorship of the project to the final, including the function of reconciliation and control of all subcontractors. We are ready to offer you our own construction team or take the lead over your builders. In case of a new construction, we are competent to offer a complete architectural design of the future house or expertly help with the selection of the premises. Author's supervision on a turn-key basis – from 1000 € /month

  • FINAL DECOR

    On this stage all the construction works are finished. We add all the necessary final touches to the interior. Authorship of the project to the final, including the function of reconciliation and control of all subcontractors and suppliers.

  • PHOTOSESSION

    
If the customer does not object, we would love to hold a photo session. The beautiful shots of the new interior design will necessarily go to our portfolio, they can get into the best interior magazines and of course remain in the memory of the customer. We are proud that each of our projects is unique and highly appreciated by the professional community. At the same time, we guarantee our customers complete anonymity and inviolability of personal information.
